  5. ID and proof of address of the managing director
  6. Video call with the managing director for ID verification

Any questions?

What does ready to sell mean?

Shop verified, products approved, Shopify in sync. Shipping and returns are set up. You can accept orders.

What if TikTok takes longer to review?

The 7 working days start with complete documents. TikTok review times over 2 working days are added. We schedule the ID verification call right in the kickoff.

Can we still make it before Black Friday?

Book and send your documents by 6 November and you are live by 17 November. New shops start on TikTok with daily limits that increase with good performance. That is why it pays not to wait until Black Friday.

Which categories are possible?

Almost all. Food, cosmetics and supplements need approval, which we apply for on your behalf. Alcohol and tobacco are not allowed on TikTok Shop.

We don't use Shopify.

Then we list from your product list. Best to clarify in the 15-minute call what your data looks like.

What happens after the setup?

You run the shop yourself, or optionally book the creator launch and ongoing management.

How do we pay?

By invoice and bank transfer. Card and SEPA will follow shortly. All prices net plus VAT; we start once payment is received.
